Testing and quality control are crucial activities inside OMV, to which is assigned the greatest importance to assure the complete optimization of previous machining processes, which are all in-house executed and range from drilling to turning, from assembly to painting. Subjecting cylinders to gradual pressure loads for constant time periods, OMV verifies that everything has been executed in workmanlike manner.
Only the cylinders that have passed all dynamic tests are equipped with testing and certification card, to be sent to customers.
