Welding constitutes a fundamental aspect for the qualitative efficiency of a hydraulic cylinder. For this reason, OMV has hugely invested and particularly invests in its welding department, where are currently installed three welding and assembly centres, of which two robotized with nine pulsed-arc TIG-MIG axes, serviced by orbital rotary tilting and rotary horizontal positioners.
The staff and the relative procedures operating in this department are certified by various bodies: RINA-LLOYD’S and GERMANISCHER LLOYD.
